By using Tipons you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The service

Tipons is an interface to the pons v2 contracts on Robinhood Chain. It lets you deploy a token whose pons creator fees are routed to a TikTok handle, trade those tokens, and claim fees routed to a handle you own. Tokens, curves, pools and the pons fee escrow are third-party smart contracts that Tipons does not control. How routing works is described in the docs, which form part of these terms.

Tipons is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, pons or Robinhood.

Custody of fees

All of a token's creator fees belong to the TikTok handle the token names. While nobody has signed in as that handle, pons pays them to a wallet that Tipons operates through Privy, and Tipons holds them on the creator's behalf. At the creator's first claim Tipons pays them out and moves the fee-recipient role on pons to the creator's own wallet; after that Tipons holds nothing of theirs. Tipons charges no fee on routed amounts. Network gas for the first claim may be deducted from it.

Transactions you sign yourself, including deploying and trading, are yours alone. Tipons never holds the keys of a wallet you connect, and cannot reverse a transaction.

Creators

Anyone can route fees to any public TikTok handle without the owner's involvement. A token that names your handle is not made, endorsed or managed by you, and creates no obligation for you. You prove a handle by signing in with TikTok; the first account to do so for a handle is treated as its owner. You are responsible for any tax on what you claim, and for the address you ask us to pay.

If you own a handle and want tokens that name it hidden from the board, contact us.

Deployers and traders

You choose the handle and the token's details, and you are responsible for them. Deploying earns you no share of the creator fees. Do not imply that a creator made or endorses a token when they have not. A mistyped handle cannot be corrected after deploy. pons may pause launching or restrict it at any time.

Risk

Tokens launched here are highly speculative, may have no value and may lose all of it. Smart contracts, Robinhood Chain, Privy, TikTok sign-in or Tipons itself can fail, be attacked or become unavailable. Nothing on Tipons is financial, legal or tax advice.

Conduct

Do not use Tipons to break the law, to impersonate or harass anyone, to launder funds, or where you are barred from doing so by sanctions or local law. Do not attack the service or try to claim fees for a handle that is not yours. We may hide tokens, refuse service or withhold a payout while we look into suspected abuse.

Liability

Tipons is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Tipons is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for losses caused by third-party contracts or services, or for the value of any token.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Tipons means you accept it.
